1) MAINTENANCE:
• Regular visits to the property, minimum twice a month (more often if bad weather conditions) to check any dampness, anything broken, airing.
• Checking and evacuation of toilets.
• Checking doors and windows.
• Basic cleaning.
• Supervision of heating/air conditioning system and electrical fittings.
• Urgent services of plumbers, electricians, carpenters...and supervision.
• Maids.
• Rent a car.
• Insurances.
• Baby sitters.
2) MANAGEMENT: SOTOESTATES, S.A. will see that all the bills such as telephone, electricity, community, insurance.are payed.
3) RECEPTION: When clients are coming to Sotogrande, contacting us 48 hours in advance, we proceed to clean the property, buy food, switch on the heating/air conditioning system, look for maids, etc... As you will see, we prepare everything.
